Underground Surf and Skate opened up in Tenby in 1990, selling unique hand painted and stencilled

T-shirts, and hand-made surfboards made by Jason, the founder and owner.

 

Over the years, the shop began to stock other surf and skate brands too, making it the longest running surf shop in town, and the only one to stock surf and skate hardware. 

 

In the basement you'll find new and second hand surfboards and wetsuits, with a part-exchange system if your board/ suit is in decent condition. RIPCURL, O'NEILL, XCEL, C-SKINS and ALDER wetsuits are available in kids, ladies and mens sizes (starting at age 2) and the experienced staff will help you find the best fit.  The store also stocks bodyboards, SUPs, skimboards, skateboards and hardware accessories.

Apart from Underground Apparel, the shop sells VANS, SANTA CRUZ, VISSLA, SEXWAX and NIKE clothing and footwear.
