Although we use all reasonable means to ensure that your order is delivered within a specified time, we cannot accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will do our best to inform you of any unexpected delay.
RETURNS
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from undergroundapparel.co.uk. If for any reason you are not satisfied we would be happy to do an exchange or refund.
RETURNS
Items purchased from undergroundapparel.co.uk must be returned at the customer's expense in new unused condition, in the original packaging if possible, within 14 days of receiving the shipment in order to receive a refund. Just send the item[s] to the address below with a copy of the original invoice and a note saying why the item[s] is being returned. A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we can not refund the original shipping charges. All returns and exchanges should be shipped via insured traceable mail in a secure package.
EXCHANGES
If you have purchased an item from undergroundapparel.co.uk and want to exchange it for a different colour, size or style, you can do so by returning the item[s] at your expense within 14 days of receiving the shipment with a copy of the original receipt and a written explanation of the items you would like. We will ship the items free of charge.
All exchanges are dependant on current stock. Please check availability on undergroundapparel.co.uk, or by calling 01834 844234 between the hours of 10am-5pm Monday to Saturday, or 11am-4pm Sundays.
